Machining, inspection and testing under one roof
CNC turning and machining centres, heat treatment with physical testing, and a dedicated inspection process keep quality in our own hands.
Our manufacturing process
From customer inquiry to dispatch, every order follows a controlled, quality-checked process.
Enquiry to order
Customer inquiry, feedback, quotation, order finalisation and acceptance, followed by the production sheet.
Raw material control
Raw material is ordered if not in stock, then verified and chemically tested before a cutting order is issued.
Machining and treatment
Rough machining, heat treatment with physical testing, final machining as per drawing and deburring, with in-process inspection and NDT where applicable.
Inspection and dispatch
Final inspection and customer inspection, then packing, preservation and dispatch. Any rework or rejection is handled through NCR, corrective action and an improvement plan.
